Taxes, if applicable, are calculated based on your location at checkout.

9. Refund & Chargeback Policy
All sales are final once a product has been delivered. No refunds will be issued for used or redeemed keys.

Refunds may only be considered if:

• The key is unused and unredeemed

• The request is made within 24 hours of purchase

• You provide valid proof of purchase and reason

• We confirm license status and logs internally

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting us first will result in license revocation, permanent ban, and may be reported to fraud prevention networks.

10. Digital Delivery
Products are delivered via download link or license key upon payment.
Delivery is considered complete once shown on screen or emailed.
We are not responsible for lost or misused keys after delivery.

11. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our products:

• In violation of any game or platform’s terms

• To disrupt, harm, or exploit others

• For illegal, abusive, or malicious purposes
